Terms and Conditions: $100 off establishment fee for AA Members

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

The Offer 

  • The Promoter is offering an additional $50 off the establishment fee for a total of $100 off ("Offer") exclusive to AA Members that are approved for and draws down a Qualifying Loan during the Offer Period. 

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:  

  • ‘Qualifying Loan’ refers to a new secured AA Money vehicle loan made to an AA member that is originated during the Offer Period. To be eligible for the Offer, the loan application must be submitted, approved and drawn down within the Offer Period. 

  • The "Offer Period" is 1 November – 7 December 2025. 

  • “The Promoter” is The New Zealand Automobile Association (Incorporated) (NZAA)and UDC Finance Limited (UDC). (AA Money loans are provided by UDC. UDC uses the AA Money registered trademark under licence from The New Zealand Automobile Association Limited. 

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Only new Qualifying Loans will be eligible for the Offer. 

  • Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter and their associated agencies and related companies are not eligible to participate.  

  • By accepting the Offer, you will not be eligible for any other offer in conjunction with your new Qualifying Loan., other than:  

  • The AA Members $50 discount on their establishment fee for a new AA Money loan when providing a valid AA Membership number on application. 

  • The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to provide the Offer to a customer who, in the Promoter’s view, has acted fraudulently or not complied with these Terms and Conditions. 

  • Each application for a new Qualifying Loan is subject to UDC’s standard terms, conditions, and lending criteria. 

Terms of use for the Offer: 

  • The Offer is non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.  

Limitation of Liability: 

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury (“Loss”) suffered by any person in any way associated with the Offer except where such Loss cannot be excluded by law. 

General: 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer at its discretion and to extend, modify, postpone or cancel the offer at any time. 

  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to the offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with New Zealand law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. 

  • Your personal information will used to confirm eligibility for the Offer.
